As Founder/ Partner of Thomas Arn Solutions, Larry's enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and full commitment to exceed both client and candidate expectations created the vision for which our firm was founded.

Larry possesses over 30 years of Human Resource experience with a diverse group of companies. His unique background includes a progression of positions including roles as VP of Human Resources and IT for a global company. All positions held included the responsibility for recruitment activities, giving him over thirty years of internal recruiting experience in Lighting, Mining, Heavy Equipment, Defense, and the Automotive Industries.

Larry couples the management skills he developed during his career with his in-depth knowledge of each industry he worked. This unique set of skills and knowledge blended with his passion for excellence and compassion for people are the cornerstone on which our firm is built.

Kimmel R. Arn
Founder/ Managing Director

As Founder/ Managing Director of Thomas Arn Solutions, Kimmel combined his quest of providing superior service and excellent value with the goals of Larry Thomas to add to the vision for which our firm is based.

With over twenty eight years of sales and marketing experience, Kim brings an extensive array of experience to Thomas Arn Solutions. Along with nine years of experience placing mid and senior level sales executives and managers, Kim has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector working closely with several manufacturing and production companies while guiding Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan as a Regional Director for national and global employment services companies. In addition, Kim has several years of experience in the staffing and recruiting, advertising, payroll and payment processing/e-commerce industries.

Kim's greatest success in his professional career is in building strong and long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates while delivering excellent service and substantial value. His personal values of honesty, trust and integrity while always striving to do what's right for all of our firm's clients and candidates define the true experience of working with our firm.

Terry joins Thomas Arn Solutions with 23 years of sales and senior level executive experience in healthcare related industries, including clinical laboratory, home healthcare and hospice. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville. He specializes in placing administrative managers, clinical managers and sales managers, in addition to clinical staff and sales representatives in home-based nursing, hospice, DME & pharmacy. Terry's In-depth knowledge of industry and market demands plus his direct line to the top impact players within the region add to his value as your preferred recruiter.
